Pampering Luxury Stay Upon arriving at this hotel, I was immediately impressed by the exclusive amenities it offers. the room was spacious, well, lit, and elegantly designed, complete with complimentary in, room breakfast and private facilities. the staff provided exceptional service, especially in the sauna, jacuzzi, and massage areas. the dinner was delicious with a wide range of special diet menus. the bar lounge area served perfectly mixed drinks. the location advantages here are great with the stunning views of the city, including the majestic skyline and the charming Gamla Stan area.

the isolation of the windows slightly reduced the noise.

Convenient location near train station, with easy access to taxis. Room with river view worth the extra cost. Staff honest and attentive, provided complimentary food and fruit. Varied and healthy breakfast options. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for a special occasion and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who took care of everything. the room was luxurious with exclusive amenities and the restaurant was outstanding with special diet menus. We enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the private facilities were a great addition. the location advantages were an added bonus.

The only minor issue we had was with the service in the sauna.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Stockholm and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, just steps away from the old town and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the express check out option, made our departure hassle-free. Despite a minor issue with our room upon check-in, the hotel quickly offered alternatives and we ended up in a comfortable and well-equipped room. The showers were excellent and the bed and pillows were super comfy. In terms of sightseeing, the hotel was conveniently located near the central station, making it easy to explore the city. we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at Sheraton were fantastic and were pretty good too assist us. The bellhop in particular was friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the gym had all the machines we needed. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to T-centralen, shopping, and sightseeing spots. Our room was spacious, with cozy beds and a nice view.
